We’re excited to ship our shoes around the world! Here’s everything you need to know before placing an order from outside the US.
Where We Ship
We currently ship internationally via DHL, with both express and economy options available.
Orders ship from our US warehouse.
We’re unable to ship to:
Belarus
Isle of Man
Kosovo
Svalbard & Jan Mayen
Turkey
Ukraine
Vatican City
Mexico
Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:
Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout and collected upfront, so your package isn’t delayed at customs.
Rates vary by country and product.
Duties & taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return.
International Returns
We’re currently updating our international returns process. For now:
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected].
Customers cover return shipping costs via their preferred carrier.
Refunds are issued for the product cost once received back at our warehouse.
We cannot refund shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
