Where We Ship
We currently ship internationally via DHL, with both express and economy options available.
Orders ship from our US warehouse.

We’re unable to ship to:

• Belarus

• Isle of Man

• Kosovo

• Svalbard & Jan Mayen

• Turkey

• Ukraine

• Vatican City

Duties & Taxes
All international orders—including those shipped to Canada—are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:

• Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout and collected upfront, so your package isn’t delayed at customs.

• Rates vary by country and product.

International Return Policy

Update as of November 12, 2025: 

Due to recent changes to U.S. customs regulations, returning international orders outside the U.S. and Canada has become increasingly costly and complex. To ensure a smoother experience, all international orders outside the U.S. and Canada are final sale.
