Do you charge for return shipping?Updated a month ago

For U.S. orders, we offer an optional $3.98 Return Protection add-on at checkout, which covers the cost of return shipping should you decide to send your order back for a refund.

If Return Protection is not selected, a flat $11 return shipping fee will be deducted from refund returns only.

Return shipping is always complimentary for exchanges and returns for store credit, whether or not Return Protection is selected.

If you order multiple pairs and keep at least one, the return shipping fee will also be waived for the pair(s) returned.

With Return Protection, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding original shipping charges, if applicable), with no deduction for return shipping.

For Canada orders, return shipping is complimentary for exchanges. For refund returns, return shipping is charged at cost and will be deducted from your refund. Returns for store credit are not currently available.

For international orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
