U.S. orders:
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to get started.
Once submitted, you may either:
- Print your return label at home, or
- Present the QR code at drop-off
You may also drop off your return in-person at on of our retail locations:
