What does it mean if my shoes are made to order?Updated 8 months ago

If you don't see your size in a particular style in stock or available for preorder, you may see the option to have a pair made just for you at our factory in Spain, at no additional cost. Such pairs are shown as “Made-to-Order” on the add to cart button and at checkout. Since these shoes are made especially for you, your order will take between 3-4 months to produce. Our standard return policy will still apply to your made-to-order pair, so you are welcome to request a return within 14 days of delivery or store credit / exchange within 30 days of delivery.*

*Please note the exception to this return policy is shoes purchased through our Bridal Atelier.
