We offer preorders for customers who want to ensure they reserve a particular pair from an incoming shipment. When placing your order, you will see an expected ship date. You will also receive a note of the expected ship date in your order confirmation email. Please note that this date may change. Because we do not keep credit card information on file, your card will be charged the full total of your order on the date your order is placed. Our standard return policy will still apply to your preordered pair, so you are welcome to request a return within 14 days of delivery or store credit/exchange within 30 days of delivery.
