Once your return or exchange has been initiated, here’s what you can expect:
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be reviewed by our team. This inspection typically takes 5–10 business days to complete.
Once your refund has been approved please allow an additional 3–5 business days for it to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your financial institution.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been finalized.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved defect or fulfillment error.
Store Credit
Returns for store credit begin processing once your return shipment is in transit back to us.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your store credit details and instructions on how to apply it to a future purchase.
Store credit may be applied toward any in-stock item currently available on our website and cannot be used toward preorders or special orders.
Exchanges
Instant Exchanges
If you select an Instant Exchange, your exchange will be processed immediately.
Standard Exchanges
Standard exchanges begin processing once your return shipment is in transit back to us. Availability is not guaranteed until your return has been received at our warehouse.
Once processed, your new pair will ship via our standard shipping method, and you’ll receive tracking details by email.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges made in-store are processed at the time of drop-off.
