When will my order ship?Updated 8 months ago

If your shoes are in-stock at the time you place your order, you can expect them to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If your shoes are on preorder, you can expect them to ship on or around the date specified at checkout and on your order confirmation email. If your shoes are being made-to-order, you can expect them to ship within 3-4 months from the date of purchase. 

Please note the cut off time for all express orders is 2pm. This means if your order with express shipping is received after 2pm, it can be expected to ship the following business day.
