Will my order come in standard packaging?
During our Private Sale, packaging may vary. While some pairs may arrive in our signature Margaux shoe box, others may be shipped in alternative packaging. Rest assured, all shoes are brand new and unworn, and packaged securely for delivery.
What if my Private Sale item arrives damaged or incorrect?
While Private Sale items are Final Sale, this does not apply to items that arrive damaged or are sent incorrectly. If your Private Sale order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please reach out to our team right away so we can help
